Primary interest in documentary photography and portraiture, focusing on groups of people who are either literally or loosely marginalized, who live at the fringes of society, or who engage in unusual activities or occupations.
I've had work used or featured by organizations and publications including the English National Opera, the BBC, Black and White Photography Magazine, The Nation, Penguin Books and the Sir John Soane Museum and have worked as a photography tutor, and as a concert photographer.
I’m available to hire and can take digital or traditional portraits, photograph weddings and celebrations, and cover concerts and performances alongside other photographic services, all at reasonable prices. I am willing to travel for work assignments.
I can also provide training in digital photography including shooting and editing for different abilities and genres, and teach traditional film photography techniques covering shooting, processing and darkroom printing techniques for 35mm and medium formats.
